Fanatics (fanatics.best) is an online Sports Betting platform operating under an international gaming license. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Fanatics and its members.

These terms are drafted in Bengali but prepared in accordance with international legal standards. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall be considered definitive.

Fanatics reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Registered members will be notified via email or an on-platform notification before any changes come into effect.

To create an account with Fanatics, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.

• Each person may register only one account.
• Multiple members from the same household or device may create separate accounts, but each account must be individually verified.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential.

• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the original stake will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Fanatics reserves the right to void the affected bets.

• Unusual betting patterns detected across multiple accounts on the same match will be investigated.
• Fanatics' decision on odds is final.

Simply put — follow the betting rules and you won't have any issues. Problems only arise when someone attempts to manipulate the system.

Each bonus and promotion offer on Fanatics comes with its own specific terms. The general conditions are outlined below:

• Wagering Requirement: A specified amount must be wagered before any bonus can be withdrawn (typically 20x–30x).
• Validity: Every bonus has a set validity period. Any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• Single use: The welcome bonus is available once per account only.
• Maximum Bet Limit: Bets placed with bonus balance are generally subject to a maximum stake limit.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are only valid for specific sports or markets.

If an attempt to circumvent bonus terms is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Fanatics:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Registering with false or incorrect information

• Using any form of betting bot or automation
• Betting using match-fixing or insider information
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the system
• Harassment or abusive behaviour towards other members
• Money laundering or illegal financial transactions

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure, and any associated balance may be forfeited.

Fanatics may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected
• If KYC verification is not completed
• At the member's request (voluntary closure)
• Due to extended inactivity (more than 24 months)

You may also contact support at any time to request account closure. If you have a valid balance, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw it first.
